Who These Terms Are With
These terms are between you and Ridgeline Striping, a pavement maintenance company based in West Des Moines, Iowa. By using this website or booking a time with us, you agree to them.
Text Messaging Terms
The Program
Ridgeline Striping sends text messages to people who agree to receive them on our booking page. There are two kinds, each with its own optional checkbox:
- Service messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote follow ups and updates about your job.
- Marketing messages: seasonal maintenance reminders, special offers and news about our services.
Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy any of our services without agreeing to text messages. You must be 18 or older to agree to receive text messages from us.
How Often
Message frequency varies with your bookings and your job. Message and data rates may apply.
How To Stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from us. You can also text STOP to (515) 205-9980. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (515) 205-9980 or [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Privacy
How we handle your information, including your phone number, is in our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and Agreements
Every job starts with a written quote. Work is scheduled once you sign the agreement for that job. A quote covers only the services and areas it lists; sealcoating, crack fill, striping and cleaning are each quoted separately.
Scheduling and Weather
Booking a time on this website reserves a start time with us. Pavement work depends on the weather and the condition of the surface, so we may need to move a start date. If that happens we will contact you to agree a new one.
Payment
Unless your agreement says otherwise, you pay by invoice after the work is done. We accept checks and ACH. Payment terms for larger jobs are set out in that job's agreement.
Your Property
Please keep the work area clear of vehicles and people during the work and for the drying time we give you. We are not responsible for damage caused by traffic entering a marked work area before it is ready.
Using This Website
The content on this website is for general information. Prices shown are guides; your written quote is the price for your job. You may not copy or reuse our content or logo without our permission.
Limits On Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Changes To These Terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
